Upper School has been actively engaged in various community service field trips. Some of our seniors volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, while 11th graders assisted at the Humane Society. We take great pride in our students and the valuable contributions they are making to our community.

In alignment with our focus on well-being through social emotional learning this week, we wanted to share an excellent support opportunity for both parents and teens!
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Western Carolina is starting a new free support group for parents/caregivers of teens with mental health challenges. This support opportunity aims to create community, connection, and understanding. Parents can also bring their teens during this time for a separate Teen Social led by two young adult peers who have their own lived experience as a teenager who struggled and can act as a healthy mentor and role model for the teens as they engage in fun activities and connect with other kids.

We have no power at school at this time. IC Imagine will be operating on a two-hour delay today. Arrival will begin at 9:15 am and school will begin at 10:00 am.
