Upper School's final Imagination Day included many activities such as planting native grasses, building a new greenhouse, club participation, seniors painting tiles, a faculty-student dodgeball game, acknowledging sports achievements, and a raffle using earned LiveSchool points for gift cards. For the first time in 8 years of participating in @northcarolinamtb, a race is being held in western NC. Having a local race means Kingfisher MTB is easily accessible for our community to come watch and cheer on our student athletes! This is a wonderful opportunity for students of all ages to see Kingfisher MTB in action!
The race will be held at private property in Fletcher, NC (on Jackson Road at Cadbury Way). The first race starts at 8:30 am and we have athletes in every race throughout the day. Our Middle School team is 2nd in the state and the Upper School is in the top 25. Come help us cheer on the Kingfishers as we race teams from across the state.
