High School Families,

The school year is gaining momentum, and September is full of opportunities for our students to connect, participate, and show their Kingfisher pride! We will send home Quarter 1 progress reports next Friday, 10/11. Here are this week’s most important updates and reminders.

ACTION ITEM #1

Get Ready for Spirit Week!

Spirit Week begins Monday, September 14! Start planning those outfits and get ready for a fun week of Kingfisher spirit:

  • Monday: Sports Day

  • Tuesday: Tired Tuesday — Pajama Day

  • Wednesday: Neon Day

  • Thursday: Marvel vs. DC

  • Friday: IC Imagine Spirit Day- Homecoming Dance on 9/18 from 6- 9 p.m.

ACTION ITEM #2

Check Out Your School Pictures

School pictures are ready! Families can now view their student’s photos online through Lifetouch.

Log in or create an account using your email address. You’ll need your student’s ID number to locate their pictures.

ACTION ITEM #3

Help Us Keep Arrival & Dismissal Moving

A few small things make a big difference in keeping the carline safe and efficient.

During arrival: Please wait until you reach the designated unloading area before allowing students to exit your vehicle.

During dismissal: Please arrive during your assigned tag time, and not earlier. Arriving before your line opens creates backups and limits access to campus for other families and emergency vehicles.

  • 3:00p Yellow Tags

  • 3:15p Pink Tags

Thank you for following staff directions and helping us keep everyone moving safely!

REMINDER

Save the Date: Chick-fil-A Spirit Night!

Join us on Monday, September 21, from 4:00–7:00 p.m. at Chick-fil-A West Asheville for an easy (and delicious!) way to support IC Imagine.

Place your order through the Chick-fil-A App using code ICI26, and 20% of qualifying mobile sales will be donated back to our school.

CELEBRATION

IC Imagine Earns a B & Exceeds Growth!

We have exciting news to celebrate! IC Imagine earned a B School Performance Grade and Exceeded Growth for 2026!

This achievement reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of our teachers and staff, and the continued partnership of our families.

We’re incredibly proud of our Kingfishers and excited to keep building on this success. Way to go, IC Imagine

Have a great weekend!
