Upper School Families,

As we enter the final stretch of the school year, our focus has shifted to end-of-year testing and to celebrating our students' accomplishments.

Testing continues next week, and we encourage families to review the schedule posted on our website. Ensuring students get a good night's sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at school on time each day will help them feel confident and prepared to do their best.

Help us congratulate Melanie Carpenter, IC Imagine's 2026 Teacher of the Year! This well-deserved honor recognizes her dedication to students and commitment to excellence. We are proud that Melanie will represent IC Imagine as she competes for North Carolina Teacher of the Year.

Don't forget that our Fine Arts Showcase is tonight from 4:30–8:30 PM! This exciting event is packed with student performances, shopping opportunities, raffle prizes, auction items, and much more. It promises to be a wonderful evening celebrating the talents and creativity of our students, and we hope to see you there.

As we approach the end of the grading period, students should be mindful of upcoming deadlines and communicate with teachers regarding any outstanding assignments. Finishing the year strong is important, and we encourage students to take advantage of available support and resources as needed.

We look forward to celebrating our graduating seniors, and we are thrilled to honor the Class of 2026 next Sunday, June 14. We are incredibly proud of the leaders, scholars, athletes, artists, and community members they have become. While we will miss their presence on campus, we are excited to see the impact they will make in the world. Congratulations, Class of 2026! We wish you all the best as you begin this next chapter.

We also need your help to keep our campus looking its best! During the week of June 8, we are seeking volunteers to help stain and move picnic tables. In addition, we will host a Campus Workday on July 21 from 8:00–11:00 AM. If you are available to lend a hand, please sign up through Volunteer Tracker.

Thank you for your continued support as we finish the school year strong. Let's make this final week memorable for our students!

Have a great weekend!
