As we head into the final stretch of the school year, our campus calendar is filled with exciting events, celebrations, performances, and important opportunities for students and families.
Information for upcoming State EOC and teacher-made exams, along with dismissal times, is available on our website.
If your child will be taking a state-required EOC test, please submit the EOG/EOC Retest Permission Form. Go to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal/ Menu/ Documents/ EOG-EOC Retest Permission Form. Once the form is open, click the button to select your choice (yes/no), click the red signature image on the 2nd page, click sign, and finally click submit
We also invite all families to support our student performers during the upcoming Summer Band and Chorus Concerts and the Fine Arts Showcase on June 5. These events are always a wonderful way to celebrate the creativity and talent of our students.
The Little Mermaid, has its last performance tomorrow afternoon, May 16. Tickets range from $5–$20, and it’s a great show for all ages. We hope you’ll come out to support our talented students!
Thank you to our amazing Staff Appreciation Committee for helping make Staff Appreciation Week so special for our staff! This dedicated group of parents helped organize events, secure donations, provide lunches and treats, and show our staff how much they are valued. Looking ahead to next school year, the School-Based Health Center will offer Sports Physical appointments on Monday, August 3. The cost is $10, and families should call 828-233-2261 to schedule an appointment. Please note that payment should not be sent that day; Blue Ridge Health will mail statements directly to families.
Lastly, pre-registration for Planet Fitness’s High School Summer Pass™ begins Monday, May 18. This program allows IC Imagine teens ages 14–19 to work out for free at their local Planet Fitness from June 1 to August 31. Students can sign up online or in person starting May 18.
