Thank you for helping us honor and celebrate our staff this week!
AP testing began this week. Information for upcoming State EOC and teacher-made exams, along with dismissal times, is available on our website. Students only need to attend on days they have exams, and they will receive a personalized schedule during advisory.
If a student has only one exam in a two-session day, they may arrive late or leave early during the designated break (9:50–10:05 AM) following school procedures. Attendance make-up sessions will be held June 3–5 and June 8–12 (details to come). Final grades will be available in Infinite Campus by June 12.
If your child will be taking a state-required EOG or EOC test, please submit the EOG/EOC Retest Permission Form. Go to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal/ Menu/ Documents/ EOG-EOC Retest Permission Form. Once the form is open, click the button to select your choice (yes/no), click the red signature image on the 2nd page, click sign, and finally click submit
2023–24 Individual Student Reports (ISRs) in the NCSIS parent and student portals will be archived on July 15, 2026. Please download and save copies for future reference before that date.
May is Mental Health Month, and IC Imagine will recognize it across all school levels. Each “Mental Health Monday,” our Mental Health Team and staff will wear green or mental health–themed shirts to show support. Let’s be intentional this month about caring for ourselves and one another as we continue to show our community that mental health matters.
We’re excited to celebrate our student-athletes at the Spring Athletic Banquet on May 13 from 5–7 PM.
On May 14, our seniors will enjoy their final field trip together at Camp Talisman. A special day to swim, relax, and celebrate their time together.
Our spring musical, The Little Mermaid, will be performed May 14–16. Tickets range from $5–$20, and it’s a great show for all ages. We hope you’ll come out to support our talented students!

Lastly, we have already heard from a few families whose enrollment plans for their children next year have changed due to anticipated relocations/family needs. As a reminder, if you will be making a different school choice for your child next year, please notify us immediately by emailing enrollment@icimagine.org. This information helps us ensure the accuracy of our rosters and enables us to offer available seats to students on our waitlist
