Thank you for helping us honor and celebrate our staff this week. We also loved seeing so many of you last night at Science Night!
May is Mental Health Month, and IC Imagine will recognize it across all school levels. Each “Mental Health Monday,” our Mental Health Team and staff will wear green or mental health–themed shirts to show support. Let’s be intentional this month about caring for ourselves and one another as we continue to show our community that mental health matters.
Field Day is coming up quickly. Mark your calendars for Friday, May 22! If you’re interested in volunteering, please visit Volunteer Tracker and click on opportunities. We also still have items needed on our Amazon wishlist.
2023–24 Individual Student Reports (ISRs) in the NCSIS parent and student portals will be archived on July 15, 2026. Please download and save copies for future reference before that date.
As we prepare for the final weeks of school, we’ve shared the last 10-day schedule to help families plan ahead. Kindergarten families, please note there is no school on June 8 and 9.
If you have a 3rd, 4th, or 5th grader, please be sure to submit the EOG/EOC Retest Permission Form. Go to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal/ Menu/ Documents/ EOG-EOC Retest Permission Form. Once the form is open, click the button to select your choice (yes/no), click the red signature image on the 2nd page, click sign, and finally click submit.
Our spring musical, The Little Mermaid, will be performed May 14–16. Tickets range from $5–$20, and it’s a great show for all ages. We hope you’ll come out to support our talented students!
Lots of Ways to Give Back! Help Kingfisher Cheer reach Regionals next fall by purchasing a Zips Car Wash. Kingfisher Volleyball is also hosting a Parents’ Night Out on May 29 from 6:00–9:00 PM for $40 per student. We’ve also added additional summer camp sign-ups in Infinite Campus, so be sure to check it out and get registered!
As we begin preparing for next school year, please complete the “Getting to Know Your Kingfisher” form to help us better support your child. Additionally, if your family’s enrollment plans have changed, please notify us as soon as possible at enrollment@icimagine.org so we can update our rosters and offer seats to students on the waitlist.
