Lower School Families,
Welcome back! We are excited to have students back in the building and ready to DIVE into learning as we begin the new year. We will spend the next couple of weeks reviewing expectations and reconnecting with our classroom communities.
We’re also thrilled to launch a new opportunity for our 5th graders through our MLK Service Learning Days. This experience will allow students to give back to the community in meaningful ways, and we can’t wait to see them grow and shine through this work.
We hope to see many of you tonight at the Chorus fundraiser—the 50s-themed Sock Hop! The event will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the IC Imagine Gym and is sure to be a fun time for families.
Our next Bring Your Family event is coming up soon. Families of students in grades 3–5 are invited to join us for Bring Your Family to Theatre from January 26–30. Sign up is available now.
Enrollment season is here! If you love IC Imagine, help us spread the word—tell a neighbor, tell a friend. We are now accepting applications for new families through March 31. Beginning February 1, all current families will be prompted in Infinite Campus to complete their Intent to Return.
Save the date to support our middle school! IC Imagine families and friends are invited to our Chipotle Fundraiser on Tuesday, February 3rd, from 4:00–8:00 PM at the Chipotle located at 879 Brevard Rd., Asheville.
As a general reminder, please be sure your child comes to school with coats, hats, and other warm layers labeled with their name. Our Lost and Found continues to fill quickly, and labeled items are much easier to return.
Winter weather season is officially here. If we experience any closures or delays, families will receive a message by email, text, and phone call. We will also post updates on social media and on WLOS.
