Middle School Families,
Our 8th grade students have returned from their trip to Washington, D.C., filled with great memories and experiences. It has been a busy and exciting week here at the middle school as we head toward the end of the school year!
The Tennet House won this year’s House Competition by earning the highest number of points in LiveSchool. As a reward for their hard work and achievement, students in Tennet House will enjoy a field trip to the Retrocade on May 29.
Field Day is coming up on Wednesday, June 10! Our 6th and 7th grade students will participate in Field Day activities and will be released at noon. Our 8th grade students will enjoy Field Day activities after testing and will remain at school for a regular school day. Families can pre-purchase Kona Ice through Infinite Campus.
As you start thinking about the next school year, please note that tryouts for school fall sports will be taking place over the next few weeks. Families can find all tryout information on the athletics website.
8th Grade Families: This is a reminder that our Welcome to Upper School Celebration will take place on Tuesday, May 26, at 4:30 PM. Students will participate in a scavenger hunt and enjoy pizza and Kona Ice as we celebrate this exciting transition to Upper School! Don't forget to complete the RSVP form for 8th-grade graduation on Tuesday, June 2.
We love our campus and need your help to keep it looking its best! During the week of June 8, we are looking for volunteers to help stain and move picnic tables. We will also host a Campus Workday on July 21 from 8:00–11:00 AM. If you are available to help, please sign up through Volunteer Tracker.
We also encourage everyone to come out and support our talented students next week at the Summer Band and Chorus Concerts and the Fine Arts Showcase on June 5.

Once the form is open, click the button to select your choice (yes/no), click the red signature image on the 2nd page, click sign, and finally click submit.
