Lower School Families,
Yesterday, we had an amazing Fun Run and celebrated raising $46,000! There is still time to donate if you haven’t already. These funds will go toward reimagining our picnic space to better serve all students.
For today’s Remote Learning Day, students should have received their assignments and will have five days to complete them. Students must complete the work to be counted present.
Staff Appreciation Week is May 4–8, and we’re celebrating our staff with the theme Rooted in Community! You can help by donating to the appreciation fund to support meals, treats, and supplies for our staff. You can also stock the workrooms with snacks, drinks, and coffee (drop off by May 1), or volunteer to assist with setup and decorations.

Lower School Science Night: May 7 from 5:30–7:00 PM. Families can look forward to an evening of hands-on experiments and interactive activities.
Our spring musical, The Little Mermaid: May 14–16. Tickets range from $5–$20, and the show is appropriate for all ages. Get your tickets for The Little Mermaid!
Field Day: Friday, May 22. You can purchase grade-level shirts for a limited time on Infinite Campus. The deadline to order is next Thursday, 4/30. Be on the lookout for volunteer opportunities in Volunteer Tracker; all volunteers must be Level II approved.
While it may be hard to believe, we’re already preparing for the next school year. As we begin creating class rosters for students entering 1st–5th grade, we’d love to hear from you. Please complete the “Getting to Know Your Kingfisher” form and share any insights that will help us support your child’s success.
