This month, we continue to highlight one of our core values: Academic Excellence. At IC Imagine, academic excellence is more than grades—it’s about inspiring curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning. This year, we are refining our Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), which provide dedicated time for teachers to collaborate, analyze student learning, and design innovative, engaging lessons. In these PLCs, educators share best practices, discuss strategies to differentiate instruction, and focus on data-driven approaches that meet each student’s unique needs. Even with the winter weather throwing a few curveballs our way, we remain committed to providing a learning environment that nurtures Inclusivity, Academic Excellence, Strong Relationships, Well-Being, Exploration, and Creativity in every student.
Remember that our school calendar has been adjusted due to the snow days, so be sure to review the updated schedule to stay on track with upcoming events.
We are incredibly proud of our basketball teams this season—they have consistently impressed us with their skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship. A huge congratulations to all our student-athletes for a season well played! As we look ahead, spring sports are starting up, and we’re excited to see our students continue to shine on the field, track, and court.
The Lower School Musical is coming up soon, and I encourage you to get your tickets early. These performances sell out quickly, and it’s always a joy to see our students shine on stage. Our Fine Arts program has also been busy with concerts, showcasing the creativity and talent of our students across the school.
Mark your calendars for the Middle and Lower School Book Fair, happening March 2–6. It’s a wonderful opportunity to encourage reading and exploration for all ages.
