Lower School Families,
We were happy to have our students back at school after the recent snow days. It was wonderful to see our Kingfishers return to their routines, reconnect with classmates, and jump back into learning.
In February, families will receive an email with instructions for completing the Intent to Return. This must be completed for each current student and helps us plan for the upcoming school year.
Please save the date for Lower School Class Picture Day on Monday, February 9.
K-2 Bring Your Family to PE was originally scheduled for next week, but due to the potential for inclement weather, we’ve decided to move it to later in February. The new dates will be February 11, 12, 16, 17, and 18. A sign-up link will be shared closer to the event.
It’s almost time for Coins for Kingfishers! Start rounding up and saving spare change for the week of February 16–20. Funds raised support our PBIS program, which helps promote positive behavior and celebrate student success across our school.
Finally, come support Middle School by joining us at the IC Imagine Chipotle Fundraiser on Tuesday, February 3, from 4:00–8:00 p.m. at the Chipotle on Brevard Road in Asheville. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a meal while giving back to our students.
