Transcript Requests – Upper School

There is a two week turn around for all requests, last minute requests will not be accepted. The two-week turn around time is only applicable during times when the building is open. During times when the building is closed, please allow up to four weeks for processing.
There is no fee for current students who request official transcripts.
When school is in session, please contact your grade level school counselor.
When school is not in session, complete the form at the bottom of this page.

Students who attended Upper School at IC Imagine but did not graduate are not able to receive an official transcript.
If you need an unofficial transcript, or other school records, please contact Penny Kole, pennykole@icimagine.org.
If the student graduated from another high school, all transcripts would be provided by that institution.
