Theatre Arts

IC Imagine’s Theatre Arts program begins in Kindergarten and consists of theatre instruction, theatre classes, performing opportunities and the International Thespians Honor Society.  All lower School students participate in 45 minutes of theatre instruction per week.  Middle and Upper School students have the option of selecting Theatre as their Fine Art.  They begin their theatre experience with theatre history, acting, and technical theatre instruction.  Middle and Upper School students have numerous performance opportunities, participate in district competitions, travel locally and nationally to perform and/or see professional performances. Students also have opportunities to audition for and perform in the Fall Play and Spring Musical productions.

Congratulations to Mr. Campbell and the US Theater Arts Department on the completion of their Fall Play, “She Kills Monsters.” The cast and crew did an amazing job presenting their production on the 28th and 29th of October.

Congratulations to Mrs. Cummings, Mrs. Nilo and the entire cast of the Lower School Musical Theatre production of “Willy Wonka.” They did a fantastic job with their production in November!
