School Event, Field Trip and Lunch Cancellation Updates

Updated Cancellations:

  • Lunch Orders March 16- March 20
  • Lunch Orders March 23- March 27
  • Field Trips between March 16th and May 15th
  • School Events between March 13th and May 17th

Due to the school closure, several field trips and lunch deliveries have been cancelled.  As school staff is able to, they will issue credits back to your Orgsonline account for cancelled trips/ lunches . Your balance can be viewed in Green in each module (i.e.: Field Trip, Lunch).

If you would like your credit to remain on your Orgsonline account for future use, you do not need to take action at this time.  If you would like your credit to be refunded back to your original payment account (bank or credit card used when order was placed) please complete this form.  

Option 1- Orgsonline Account Credit NO CHANGE: No change will be made to your account.  This credit can be saved for future use towards Lunch or Field Trip payments respectively.

Option 2 – Refund Processed back to original payment account: Once you have submitted this form, we will process funds back to your original payment account (i.e. back to credit card) less any processing fees from credit card transactions.  Once the credit is issued from the school, it may take 3-4 business days for the available funds to be reflected back into your payment account. Please be sure to complete the following information so we are able to best process your request.
