Winter Zumba Kids Classes Begin January 9th
Dates: Grades K-2 on Wednesdays
Grades 3-5 on Thursdays
Grades 6-12 on Tuesdays
8 weeks, beginning week of 01/09/2017
Description: These classes are high-energy dance parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia, soca, salsa and more. Zumba® Kids inspires kids to express themselves through movement and play while effectively improving their overall health and well-being. It also educates kids on various regions and cultures of the world through the introduction of musical and dance rhythms. Kids love it because it’s fun, and parents love it because it’s active, educational, and for the effects it has on kids – increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism, and enhancing coordination. PLEASE NOTE: For older grades, Zumba Kids will begin morphing into basic Zumba with more complexity, intensity, and focus on autonomous movement.
