We are having a fantastic time giving back to the school community and the community at large. We have several projects that are going on where IC Imagine is being exposed to the community.
Say Something Reporting
Students will be getting trained on the anonymous Say Something system in order to be able to make anonymous reports.
Block Parties
Our 8th Graders got the opportunity to participate in block parties where they participated in a scavenger hunt and had the opportunity to listen to a panel of high school students and ask questions in order to get knowledge about high school life. They were also given pizza for lunch.
Coins for Kingfishers
We are starting our coin drive in order to raise money for our PBIS Program the week of February 27-March 3 . This will be a house competition and the winning house at the end of the week will receive a pizza party for their efforts.

January ImagiNation Day
We will have our next ImagiNation Day on Friday, January 27 where the day will be filled with fun, learning, and competitions! We will also have our next raffle for some awesome prizes.
Student Led Conferences
For the first time since COVID, we will have our student led conferences on February 7th and 8th from 4pm-6pm. This is an excellent time for you to find out what the kids are learning this year.
Dry Marker Drive
Our 8th Grade Planet Savers are doing a marker drive where they are collecting dried-out markers in order to recycle and repurpose them into jump ropes and other usable items.
Book Drive
Middle School teachers are looking to incorporate more books into their class libraries. If you have any lightly used, gently used books that you are willing to donate, please don’t hesitate to donate them. If donating, label donation with Attn: Middle School Books. This lets the front office know that the donations are for middle school.
Winter Sports
As we bring the winter sports season to a close in the next 2 weeks, we congratulate our Girls and Boys Basketball teams, as well as our cheerleaders for a fantastic season and we hope to add more championships to our trophy case!
11.21.22
We are so proud of our middle school students who are making a difference in our community through service learning projects. We had over 30 middle school students in lower school classrooms last month. We look forward to supporting our lower school students again in January. Students from our NJHS have organized a clothing drive that will benefit Homeward Bound of Asheville. This drive is currently underway and we have already collected several coats and jackets. The planet savers have several projects to improve our campus. They just finished preserving our picnic tables by painting them. We look forward to the impact these amazing students will continue to make on our community.
10.27.22
Our middle school students have done a great job of meeting our high behavioral and academic expectations. Our middle school behavioral data has significantly improved from this time last year.
Our volleyball and boys soccer teams had very successful seasons. It is exciting to continue to watch these programs grow and improve. Our cross-country team ended its season on a similar note, with several students placing in the top 10 in our final meet. We have several students from our mountain biking team that have served as mentors for lower school students in our mountain bike club.
As always, our fine arts have been hard at work preparing and performing. We are so fortunate to have such talented staff and students!
